My marina just informed me my cost to winterize and store my boat for the winter would be $1008.00.  I am in Ottawa Canada and was wondering what you pay.

Here in alberta you can pay up to $500 to winterize a V6. Storage, all depends what kind, outside wrapped up, cold under a roof, heated, etc. If you can't do the work yourself, and have no where to store the boat, I suppose $1000 might be acceptable.
For me I do most of the maintenance my self. just bought all the fluids, filters and spent $100. Then it goes to sleep in my garage.
